SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical technology, namely, to variants of a device for attached blood flow. In the first variant, the device contains a housing defining the center line and containing the first end, the second end and the flow channel containing the inlet and outlet. The section of the flow channel is offset from the central line of the housing. The flow channel contains the first flow guide connection section adjacent to the inlet and the second flow guide connection section adjacent to the outlet. The device has a finger support element connected to the case. The device includes a container made with the possibility of a detachable connection with the housing, and the container forms a prefabricated cavity and has an inner wall. The finger support element is designed to be actuated to push a blood sample from the patient’s finger into the housing inlet. With the container connected to the housing, the outlet of the flow channel is communicated through the fluid with the collecting cavity of the container, and the outlet of the flow channel and the second flow guide connection section are located adjacent to the inner wall of the container. In the second variant, the device contains a hollow needle and a flow channel containing an inlet and outlet. The section of the flow channel is offset from the central line of the housing, the flow channel contains a flow-guiding connection section adjacent to the outlet and a hollow needle between the first end of the housing and the flow channel.

EFFECT: creation of a sampling device that directs the blood flow into the container and provides a controlled blood flow path that ensures the blood flow from the sampling site to the collection container.
