EFFECT: pharmaceutical composition described above is characterized by high bioavailability, penetration rate and fast absorption, promotes wound healing, relieving and relieving symptoms associated with chronic venous insufficiency, and can be effectively used in the treatment of burns and wounds of soft tissues and for the prevention and treatment of such diseases caused by chronic venous insufficiency, as varicose veins and varicose veins of the lower extremities.
