FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for production of composite reinforcement members, used for reinforcement of various structures. Line for production of reinforcement comprises bobbin carrier with roving reels, balancing device, heating chamber, impregnation bath with tensioner and polyurethane containing wringing device, forming assembly with winding device, polymerization chamber, cooling unit, pulling mechanism and cutting unit. Roving heating chamber includes U-shaped electric heaters, arranged with possibility to turn at angle of up to 25° relative to their longitudinal axis. Heating chamber walls are made from multi-layer metal-polymer panels, and heating chamber input and output comprise leveling racks. Proposed bath comprises drum-deflector and wringing drum, made from polyurethane, and impregnation bath input and output comprise distribution manifolds. Forming assembly is composed of fixed structure-forming draw plate and rotary forming draw plate. At that, structure-forming draw plate is made in form of plate with holes, and wrapper is fixed on forming draw plate. Polymerization chamber is composed of three joined pipes and has three-section structure. Line additionally includes winding assembly with cross-shaped frame.

EFFECT: technical result is line reduced energy consumption, reduced dimensions and simplified operation.
