FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemistry and nanotechnology for the synthesis of metal (alloy) nanoparticles, and in particular to a method for the synthesis of a NiCoCu/C nanocomposite. The method includes preparing a joint solution of polyacrylonitrile, Co(CH3COO)2⋅4H2O, Ni(CH3COO)2⋅4H2O, (CH3COO)2Cu⋅H2O in dimethylformamide at a temperature of 25÷50°C and the following ratio of components (wt.%): polyacrylonitrile 4, 23-4.38, dimethylformamide 84.62-87.53, Co(CH3COO)2⋅4H2O 3.58-3.70, Ni(CH3COO)2⋅4H2O 3.59-3.71, (CH3COO)2Cu⋅H2O 0.69-3.98, exposure is carried out until all components are completely dissolved, dimethylformamide is removed by evaporation at a temperature of 25÷70°C and infrared heating of the resulting solid residue in two stages at a pressure of 10-2÷10-3 mm Hg, and preheating is carried out for 5÷15 minutes at a temperature of 100÷200°C with a heating rate of not more than 20°C/min, and the final heating is carried out for 5÷15 minutes at a temperature of 500÷700°C with a heating rate of not more than 50°C/min.
EFFECT: simplifying the technology for obtaining the NiCoCu/C nanocomposite with improving its characteristics, as well as reducing energy costs in the process of carrying out the method.
