FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns nanotechnology of thermostable nanocomposite Cu/polyakrylonitrile (PAN) production. The claimed method of obtaining thermostable nanocomposite Cu/PAN involves preparation of a mix of CuCl2, HNO3 (CHNO3=37%) and PAN (Mη=1×105), maturing the mix till dissolution of CuCl2 and PAN in HNO3, evaporation of HNO3, heating of the obtained solid substance, so that the ratio of CuCl2, HNO3 and PAN in the mix is (1÷6):(15÷600):(1.6÷15) (weight parts) if maturing for 72 hours at 25°C till complete dissolution of CuCl2 and PAN in HNO3; evaporation of HNO3 at 90°C; thermal treatment of the obtained solid substance at the pressure of 10-3÷760 mm of mercury and temperature of 200÷300°C for 1÷40 minutes to obtain thermostable nanocomposite Cu/PAN containing Cu nanoparticles of the size of 10 to 80 nm.
EFFECT: obtaining of thermostable nanocomposite Cu/PAN by annealing of CuCl2/PAN mixes containing Cu nanoparticles of the size of 10 to 80 nm.
