FIELD: chemistry; nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: prepared is joint solution of polyacrylonitrile, Co(NO3)2⋅6H2O, Ni(NO3)2⋅6H2O, AlCl3 in dimethylformamide at temperature of 25÷50 °C and the following ratio of components, wt.%: polyacrylonitrile 4.23-4.38; dimethylformamide 84.62-87.53; Co(NO3)2⋅6H2O 3.91-3.98; Ni(NO3)2⋅6H2O 3.89-3.96; AlCl3 0.98-7.95, and held until complete dissolution of all components. Dimethylformamide is then removed by evaporation at temperature of 25÷70 °C and infrared heating of the obtained solid residue is carried out in two steps at pressure of 10-2÷10-3 mm Hg. Preheating is carried out 5÷15 minutes at temperature of 100÷200 °C with heating rate of not more than 20 °C/min. Final heating is carried out for 5÷15 minutes at temperature of 400÷800 °C with heating rate of not more than 50 °C/min.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the technology of producing the NiCoAl/C nanocomposite, as well as reduces power consumption during synthesis thereof.
