FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of organic chemistry and pharmaceuticals, namely to a new condensed pyrimidine compound exhibiting RET-inhibiting activity. Disclosed is a compound represented by the formula (I') or an acid addition salt thereof, wherein the values of substituents A, R2, X are such as disclosed in the claim. Also described is a method for inhibiting RET, including introducing the compound I, a method for preventing or treating a malignant RET-associated tumour, an application of the compound by the formula (I) as a selective RET inhibitor and for producing an antitumor agent, also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition exhibiting the properties of a selective RET inhibitor. 
EFFECT: effective inhibition of RET for preventing and/or treating RET-associated tumours and diseases.
