FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the food industry. The mixture contains a paste-forming additive from dextrinized corn flour, powdered natural flavor component and sugar. As a paste-forming additive, it contains corn flour dextrinized at a temperature of 135-145°C for 3-7 minutes, and as a flavor component - cranberry powder. The components are taken in the following mass ratio, wt.%: corn flour, dextrinized at a temperature of 135-145°C for 3-7 minutes, - 18.6-19.4; cranberry powder - 9.7-10.3; sugar is the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the organoleptic characteristics of the product and expand the range.
