FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: mixture is intended for use in food industry for kissel production. The mixture contains a paste forming additive represented by oatmeal dextrinised at a temperature of 105-115°C during 13-17 min, a powder-like natural flavouring component represented by rosehip and carrot powders, citric acid and sugar, the components ration being as follows (wt %): oatmeal dextrinised at a temperature of 105-115°C during 13-17 min - 17.3-18.5; rosehip powder - 6.7-7.3; carrot powder - 6.7-7.3; citric acid - 0.5-0.6; sugar - balance.

EFFECT: kissel production mixture enables improvement of the product organoleptic properties as well as extension of the available beverages range.
