SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of reduction in depositions of precipitation or unstable or insoluble molecules in equipment for separation and distillation, preferably with a conical bottom, used after refining processes, in which heavy or contaminating products are processed. A device for descending flow of hydrocarbon liquid containing solid particles, at the bottom of equipment, contains cylindrical upper part (1) with diameter D1, lower truncated conical part (2) with height H and inclination angle α in the range from 5° to 85° to vertical axis (z) of the specified cylindrical upper part, outlet line (5) with diameter D2. The device contains turbulence limitation system (4), or an anti-vortex deflector, containing at least one flat blade (13) located coaxially with the specified outlet line and symmetrically relatively to vertical axis z, containing: a trapezoid upper part with height (a) and inclination angle β to vertical axis (z), located in truncated conical part (2) of a column, wherein β is strictly more than 0° and less than or equal to α; and a rectangular lower part with a height (b+c) and a width essentially equal to D2. In this case, the specified blade has a cutout in the center, symmetrical relatively to the vertical axis, on part of its width and on part of its height more than or equal to a.
EFFECT: limitation of processes of solid precipitation deposition with simultaneous reduction in the average liquid rate in equipment with a conical bottom in the presence of a mixture of liquid and solid substances.
