SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a reservoir for descending flow of liquid, preferably hydrocarbons, including solid particles, comprising a bottom having an upper cylindrical part (11), lower part (12) with a decreasing section and a variable angle of inclination α relative to the vertical axis (Z), outlet pipe (9); injectors (5) and (6) for inlet of recirculated and/or make-up liquid into the lower and upper parts, respectively. Injectors (5) are inclined relative to the tangent to the wall of the lower part at the point of introduction at angle β1 in the vertical plane (xz) and angle β2 in the horizontal plane (xy). Injectors (6) are inclined relative to wall of upper part at angle θ1 in vertical plane (xz) and angle Ɵ2 in horizontal plane (xy). Angles β1, Ɵ1 are 5–175°, and angles β2, Ɵ2 are 0–180°. Invention also relates to a method for conversion of hydrocarbon material.
