FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a powder of a cobalt-based alloy, a sintered body made of a cobalt-based alloy, and a method for manufacturing a sintered body from a cobalt-based alloy, and can be used for manufacturing fixed turbine blades and elements of combustion chambers. Powder of a cobalt-based alloy contains, wt.%: carbon from 0.08 to 0.25, boron 0.1 or less, chromium from 10 to less than 25, iron 5 or less, nickel 30 or less, wherein the total amount of iron and nickel is 30 or less, at least one selected from the group consisting of: tungsten and molybdenum, in a total amount from 5 to 12, at least one selected from the group consisting of titanium, zirconium, niobium, tantalum, hafnium, and vanadium, in a total amount from 0.5 to 2, silicon 0.5 or less, manganese 0.5 or less, nitrogen 0.003 to 0.04, and cobalt and impurities the rest, wherein the powder has crystalline grains containing segregation cells with an average size from 0.15 to 4 mcm.
EFFECT: production of a sintered body exhibiting high mechanical properties.
