FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to methods of making nickel-based alloy structural elements, and can be used in structures operating at high temperatures. Method of making a structural member of an Ni-based alloy having a chemical composition, wherein the equilibrium amount γ'-phase dropped out at 700 °C in γ-phase of matrix, is 30–80 vol%, includes preparation of Ni-based alloy powder, forming workpiece from initial substance, in which mean diameter of grains γ-phase is not more than 50 mcm, softening thermal treatment by heating the workpiece to a temperature equal to or greater than the dissolution temperature γ'-phase, but lower than melting point γ-phase, for dissolution γ'-phase in γ-phase and subsequent slow cooling of heated workpiece to temperature of at least 50 °C is lower than the dissolution temperature γ'-phases at cooling rate not higher than 100 °C/h, providing production of a softened workpiece containing at least 20 vol% γ'-phase precipitated at grain boundaries γ-phase with average grain diameter of not more than 50 mcm.
EFFECT: providing high manufacturability when molding the element; manufactured elements are characterized by high mechanical properties.
