FIELD: foundry production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production, namely the manufacture of ceramic casting molds for thermally removed patterns in the production of precision castings from ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. The suspension for the front layer of the ceramic mold contains a ready-made organosilicon binder, mineral acid and a refractory filler, while additionally, in excess of 100%, it contains acetone in an amount of 2.0-5.0 wt.% and higher fatty alcohols C17-C19 in an amount of 0.5- 0.7 wt.%.
EFFECT: invention allows minimizing peeling, swelling, warping and cracking of the front layer of the casting mold, which reduces casting rejects due to surface defects.
