SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for defrosting and adjusting the temperature of the product. Proposed is an apparatus for defrosting and adjusting the temperature of a fluid or gel frozen product (1) located in a shell, having a body (2) containing a temperature-controlled product (1), a heating module (10) for transferring heat from at least one side (15, 15') of the temperature-controlled product (1), an executive body by means whereof the temperature-controlled product (1) can be put to motion, wherein said executive body is made in the form of a mechanical executive element, distributed perfectly adjacent directly to the temperature-controlled product (1), and capable of being activated so as to perform periodic and/or non-periodic movement, wherein the executive element can be activated through a connected actuator so that the executive element rotates relative to the axis (S) of rotation passing in the area of the transverse median plane (QT) of the temperature-controlled product (1), back and forth between the maximum and minimum installation angle

EFFECT: invention reduces the time of defrosting and additionally improves the efficiency of temperature adjustment of a fluid or gel frozen product located in a shell, provides a possibility of quickly mixing a fluid medium or a gel.
