SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved due to the fact that the radio communication node sets a second period, greater than the first period of the first synchronisation signal block/physical broadcast channel (SSB) for the terminal, for initial access, receives a second SSB for the radio communication node in accordance with the second period, and controls the transmission of system information for the radio communication node based on the information transmitted in the second SSB.
EFFECT: reduction in the amount of service information during signal transmission and increase in the efficiency of using the frequency.
