SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drying plant materials, in particular to periodic vacuum dryers, and can be used, in particular, for drying food products, namely vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, herbs, etc. A dryer with heat accumulators for plant materials contains a cylindrical-conical chamber, a cylindrical profile insert, heat accumulators, a conical profile insert, a cylindrical chamber with a sealed cover, a container with a heat-accumulating phase transition material is located in the inner space of the first stage of drying, while the lower part of this container is connected to hollow pipes that are connected to the tank, located in the space of the second stage of drying, the inputs of the cylindrical-conical chamber contain a self-regulating electric heater based on elastomers modified with carbon nanotubes, and the tank of the second stage has an inlet pipeline for liquid with a valve and an outlet pipeline with a valve that provides connection to the tank and at the same time in the tank of the second stage contains an ultrasonic emitter. To separate the dry matter, the extract is pumped into a container with membranes, which is connected to a vacuum pump and a water container.

EFFECT: invention increases the productivity, energy efficiency of the drying process, and expand the functionality through the use of the extraction stage.
