FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the prevention and/or reduction in the risk of fatty liver disease at a later age after taking synbiotics at an early age. The use of a combination of Bifidobacterium breve and indigestible oligosaccharides is proposed, for making a food composition for the prevention and/or reduction in the risk of fatty liver disease at a later age in a human subject, by introduction of the food composition to a human subject at an early age, where the composition contains a mixture of galactooligosaccharides and fructooligosaccharides, and where an early age corresponds to the age of a human subject from 0 to 36 months, and a later age corresponds to the age of a human subject older than 5 years. At the same time, the food composition is a baby mixture of the first level or a milk mixture of the second level, or a milk mixture for a young child.
EFFECT: improvement of lipid metabolism at a later age, and prevention and/or reduction in the risk of fatty liver disease at a later age after taking synbiotics at an early age are provided.
