Paddle mixer of bulk materials contains a housing, a rotating shaft with mixing blades placed in it, unloading and loading pipes of the mixture components and a distributing device installed in the upper part of the housing under one of the loading pipes, made in the form of a rotating auger, located in a fixed housing, having in the upper part in the inlet section, an opening connected to the loading nozzle for supplying a mixture component prone to segregation, and in the lower part, along its entire length, elongated discharge openings. The width of the elongated discharge holes on the body of the rotating auger is equal to ( is the maximum particle diameter of the mixture component prone to segregation).
