FIELD: material processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the processing of materials by cutting and can be used for grinding with an easy-to-manufacture and flexible-to-use grinding tool with vibration and noise damping properties. The grinding tool (1) has a base body (2) containing at least one fibrous layer (F1, F2, F3, F4) immersed in the binder (B). An abrasive layer (3) is formed on the base body (2). The said at least one fibrous layer (F1, F2, F3, F4) is made with the possibility of partial displacement in the binder (B) from the condition of ensuring relative displacement within the said at least one fibrous layer (F1, F2, F3, F4) during grinding. As a result, in the base body (2) and in at least one fiber layer (F1, F2, F3, F4), due to partial relative displacement, a high degree of vibration and noise damping is provided.
EFFECT: simplicity of manufacturing is ensured, productivity and durability of the tool are increased.
