FIELD: cutting.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of cutting tools and can be used in production of grinding tool. Proposed method comprises making tool base to make three-dimensional configuration of adhesive surface by applying binder. Tool base body is arranged so that adhesive surface is located in electrostatic field between first and second electrodes. In the electrostatic field, abrasive grinding grains are introduced, which are moved by an electrostatic field in the direction of the adhesive surface and adhere thereto. In this method of manufacturing, grinding tool is made with three-dimensional layer of abrasive grinding grains. Grinding tool has a layer of abrasive grinding grains of arbitrary shape.
EFFECT: increased service life of the tool, versatility and economy of manufacture.
