SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to a sheet of anisotropic electrical steel without a forsterite film. A sheet of anisotropic electrical steel without a forsterite film contains a main steel sheet; an oxide layer located in contact with the main steel sheet, and an insulating coating with tension located in contact with the oxide layer. The main steel sheet includes in its chemical composition, wt. %: 2.5-4.0 Si, 0.05-1.00 Mn, 0.01 or less C, 0-0.005 S+Se, 0-0.01 Al solution, 0-0.005 N, 0-0.03 Bi, 0-0.03 Te, 0-0.03 Pb, 0-0.50 Sb, 0-0.50 Sn, 0-0.50 Cr, 0-1.0 Cu and the rest consisting of iron and impurities. The oxide layer is an iron oxide layer when the iron oxide layer is analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, when A650 is the absorption coefficient of the absorption peak detected at 650 cm-1 in the infrared absorption spectrum, and when A1250 is the absorption coefficient of the absorption peak detected at 1250 cm-1 in the infrared absorption spectrum, A650 and A1250 satisfy the condition 0.2≤A650/A1250≤5.0 and the magnetic induction B8 in the direction of rolling a sheet of anisotropic electrical steel is 1.90 T or more.

EFFECT: sheet of anisotropic electrical steel has high adhesion of an insulating coating with tension and without a glass film of forsterite.
