A method for determining the mass fractions of basic and impurity elements in materials containing lithium and beryllium fluoride by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is disclosed, which includes sampling and preparation of samples based on FLiBe, synthesis of comparison samples, construction of calibration graphs for controlled elements, determination of the contents of controlled elements.
