FIELD: analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the analytical control of the chemical composition of a material from a mixture of lithium and beryllium fluorides. A method for determining the mass fractions of basic and impurity elements in materials containing lithium and beryllium fluoride by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is disclosed, which includes sampling and preparation of samples based on FLiBe, synthesis of comparison samples, construction of calibration graphs for controlled elements, determination of the contents of controlled elements.
EFFECT: invention provides the expressiveness of the method and an increase in the reliability of measurement results.
