FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the cultivation of cell cultures expressing bacterial cytolysin, preparing an extract from the culture containing bacterial cytolysin, bonding lysed aggregate bacterial cytolysin contained in the extract with a hydrophobic chromatographic sorbing agent in the presence of a detergent in conditions of a high salt concentration and elution of the bacterial cytolysin in the presence of a detergent in condition of low salt concentration.
EFFECT: effective and simple purification of cytolysin by bonding lysed aggregate bacterial cytolysin with a hydrophobic chromatographic sorbing agent in the presence of a detergent and high salt concentration.
