FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology and can be used to assess the reliability of complex spatial structures made of polymer composite materials (PCM) based on the results of thermal control when loading products with mechanical vibrations. The system includes the first thermographic set, a mechanical oscillation generator, a mechanical oscillation input device, the first and second threshold devices, a result logger, the first to third adders, the first and second maximum value loggers, the first and second maximum time value loggers, a divider, a multiplier and a memory unit. According to the invention, the second thermographic set, a device for moving the product, a synchronizer of the system, the first and second comparison units are introduced. The output of the first adder is connected to the first input of the first comparison unit. The first output of the first comparison unit is connected to the input of the first maximum value logger. The output of the second adder is connected to the first input of the second comparison unit. The first output of the second comparison unit is connected to the input of the second maximum value logger. The second output of the memory unit is connected simultaneously to the second inputs of the first comparison unit and the second comparison unit. The second output of the first comparison unit is connected to the first input of the system operation synchronizer. The output of the second comparison unit is connected to the second input of the system operation synchronizer. The first output of the synchronizer of the system is connected to the input of the mechanical oscillation generator. The second output of the system operation synchronizer is connected simultaneously to the inputs of the first thermographic set and the second thermographic set. The third output of the synchronizer of the system is connected to the input of the device for moving the product. The device for moving the product is mechanically connected to the controlled product with the possibility of moving it. The output of the second thermographic set is connected to the input of the second threshold device.
EFFECT: ensuring the determination of the depth of internal defects in the continuous process of automated control with the accuracy necessary for practice, increasing the reliability of detecting local areas of reduced strength, increasing the reliability of the results of assessing the technical, operational condition and expanding the scope of use of complex structures and their elements from PCM.
