Performing the signal current value adjustment along the path. Fixing the anomalous zones by the signal along the scanning path current value comparing with the signal threshold value. Measuring the anomaly length along the scanning path and perpendicular to the scanning path, and recording the defects in the product, simultaneously comparing the detected anomaly length with the reference defect length as follows.
