SUBSTANCE: described are a coated glass substrate and a method for manufacturing the coated glass substrate. Coated glass substrate comprises a glass substrate and a coating on the surface of the glass substrate, wherein the coating includes a binder. The binder contains an interpenetrating network. E.g., the network may include a cross-linked polyacrylate and a cross-linked polyacrylamide. The change in the transparency of the coated substrate after the impact of one of the following conditions is within 10% of the transparency of the coated substrate prior to the impact of said condition: (i) when the coated substrate is sustained at a temperature of 0°C or lower and then exposed to the environment at a temperature of 21°C and a humidity of 70%, or (ii) when the coated substrate is placed in steam at a temperature of 100°C for one minute.
EFFECT: creation of a coated glass substrate with fogging-resistance properties.
