SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cell biology and medicine, in particular to methods for the differentiation of precursor cells in order to obtain argentophilic cells. Methods are performed using a special differentiating medium containing a minimal medium and additionally containing one or several EGFR path inhibitors, Notch inhibitor, and one or several Wnt inhibitors. Methods are used to obtain three-dimensional organoids that can be used in different fields of medicine, in particular in screening to detect drugs and other agents, as well as in different studies, in particular in studies of embryology of tissue, cell lines and differentiation paths and other. The invention also discloses methods for screening of drugs or cosmetic products, as well as methods for the production of a cell population enriched with argentophilic cells, in particular GLP1-secreting or secretin-secreting cells.

EFFECT: invention allows for an increase in the efficiency of differentiation of precursor cells in the direction of argentophilic cells.
