SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cellular biology and biotechnology, in particular to a method for producing chromogranins A(CHGA)-negative cells. Method comprises contacting the cells of a human definitive endodermal line (excluding cells that are derived from human embryonic stem cells obtained solely by a method requiring embryo destruction) in vitro with at least 50 ng/ml of a member of the TGF superfamily and at least 25 ng/ml member of the Wnt family.
EFFECT: invention enables obtaining chromogranin A(CHGA)-negative cells.
