SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an aerosol generating product and its formation method. The aerosol generating product contains aerosol forming substrate, a combustible heat source, at least one ceramic paper layer surrounding at least part of the length of the combustible heat source, where at least one ceramic paper layer contains a binder based on cellulose derivatives. Ceramic paper contains at least one of: bio-soluble fibers, fibers with low bio-persistency and fibers containing at least one of: silicon dioxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide.
EFFECT: reduced temperature of the surface near the heat source is provided; creation of the aerosol generating product is provided, which generates suitable aerosol both during the first puffs and during the last puffs.
