FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for breathing exercises. At the starting stage, breathing cycles are repeated, inhaling starting from the lower abdomen. At the primary stage, cycles of breathing are repeated, increasing the amplitude of breathing on inhalation, stroking the body with hands starting from the lower abdomen upwards, and on exhalation, starting from the lower abdomen and down the legs to the feet. At the final stage, a closed tape is worn around the middle of the lower back and sides and another one around the area of the thoracolumbar transition and lower ribs, grabbing the feet, and breathing cycles are repeated in a sitting position, wherein on exhalation, the legs are brought together and stretched forward, pushing the feet away and tensioning the tape, and on inhalation, the legs are pulled closer and spread apart, reducing the pressure on the tape and expanding the area of the ribs.
EFFECT: method increases control over the participation of bodily areas during breathing exercises and while increasing the amplitude of breathing, in particular, by increasing the duration of exhalations.
