SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry. A method for removing a burnt-out polymer model from a ceramic mold in investment casting includes placing a ceramic mold formed on a model block containing at least one burnt-out polymer model in a boiler clave to remove the wax composition contained therein from the model block, placing the ceramic mold in a furnace for burning out the polymer model. Removal of the wax composition in the boilerclave is carried out within 3-5 minutes. Before placing the ceramic molds in the boilerclave, the mold sections formed around the polymeric burnt out models of the model block are wrapped with a flexible heat-insulating material, which reduces the thermal conductivity of these mold sections and reduces the residence time of the molds in the boilerclave.

EFFECT: destruction of molds is prevented during boilerclave removal of polymer models from them.
