FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry. Method for manufacturing a ceramic mold according to a burnt-out polymer model in lost-wax casting includes preparing a burnt-out polymer model, assembling a model block, forming a ceramic mold, removing the wax component of the model block, pre-calcining the ceramic mold, and burning out the polymer model. When preparing a burnt-out model, a compensation gap is formed on its outer end contour, for which the surface of the burnt-out polymer model is impregnated with an impregnating melt with a temperature of 65-75°C. Removal of the wax component of the model block is carried out in a boilerclave. The preliminary calcination of the ceramic mold is carried out simultaneously with the burning out of the polymer model at a temperature of 740-750°C for 3-4 hours.
EFFECT: reduced rejection of castings by eliminating the destruction of ceramic molds in the boilerclave method for removing burnt polymer models from them.
