SUBSTANCE: method for firing a shot from an automatic caseless weapon with balanced automation, in which the energy of an oxidizer in a gaseous aggregate state is used to supply liquid fuel, form a vapor-gas mixture for detonation and firing a shot. Cooling of the weapon is carried out by an expanding gaseous oxidizer, liquid fuel or expanding gases from the expansion chamber. An automatic caseless weapon with balanced automation for the implementation of the method contains a body, a barrel, a shutter, an expansion chamber, tanks with a gaseous oxidizer and liquid fuel, parts of the gas distribution system and fluid supply.
EFFECT: increase in the firing speed of the weapon, an increase in the initial velocity of the projectile, protection against overheating of the weapon, providing additional cooling of the weapon.
