SUBSTANCE: one of the versions includes the following steps: isomerising a stream of material in an isomerisation reactor under isomerisation conditions to obtain an isomerisation product; transalkylating the stream of material in a transalkylation reactor under transalkylation conditions to obtain a transalkylation product; combining the isomerisation product and the transalkylation product; feeding the combined product into a single separator; separating the combined product in the separator to obtain a lower separation stream; and fractionating the lower separation stream in a fractionation column to obtain a lower stream from the fractionation column. The invention also relates to an apparatus for implementing the method.
EFFECT: low capital expenditure on equipment.
