FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, namely to a portable device for conducting loop-mediated isothermal amplification and its application. The portable device contains a body of two parts, the upper of which is tightly seated in the lower. The device contains an insert in the form of two cone-shaped rubber cylinders for attaching test tubes, a working chamber with a temperature sensor, an upper cover, an electronic board, a lower cover, a connector for power supply and tubular heating elements. The board contains a thermostat unit, a converter unit, a controller unit, a power connector unit, two LED units, blue and red.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of portable heating devices.
