SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The proposed device for the analysis of nucleic acids. The device contains a thermal cycler, an optical system with a radiation source and a receiver, a microprocessor control device, a pull-out tray for placing a chip cartridge, an automatic drive for pressing the chip cartridge to a heat-conducting element based on the Peltier element, and a radiator. The radiation source is made in the form of LEDs and interference filters forming at least two separate optical channels. The radiation receiver is made in the form of a multispectral sensor with the ability to simultaneously register at least two spectral bands of fluorescence radiation. The thermocycler is equipped with thermotubes to transfer heat to the radiator.

EFFECT: invention provides improved ease of use, mobility and compactness of the device, the possibility of multichannel registration of fluorescence signals for the simultaneous analysis of several targets in the sample.
