FIELD: pyrometallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyrometallurgy and can be used for the processing of oily scale and ash and slag waste from the combustion of brown coal to obtain target products. The processing of oily scale includes its reductive melting with a carbonaceous reducing agent with the production of the resulting metal melt. In the process of reducing melting, ash and slag wastes from the combustion of brown coal mixed with oily scale are used, the mixture is heated to a temperature of 1600°C and kept at this temperature for 60 minutes. The reduced slag is produced into water in the thermal shock mode with the formation of a foamed x-ray amorphous material.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to process oily scale in a single-stage mode with simultaneous disposal of ash and slag waste to obtain diverse target products.
