FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the injection of technological fluid into a shaft furnace. Technological fluid is injected into a shaft furnace by means of n injectors, while the current state of the specified n injectors is checked by supplying test fluid to each injector at predetermined pressure, measuring the corresponding flow rate of test fluid through the injector and comparing the measured flow rate of test fluid to the predetermined safe flow rate range, or supplying test fluid to each injector at predetermined flow rate, measuring pressure drop on the injector or its nozzle part and comparing the measured pressure drop to the predetermined safe pressure drop range.

EFFECT: obtaining a method for checking the current state of injectors.
