SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for mechanization and automation of the milking process of cows. The device for automated control of the milking process by the quarters of the cow’s udder contains a collector with sensors for the flow and electrical conductivity of milk installed in chambers with a calibrated hole, an electronic switchboard, milking cups, a pneumatic cylinder connected through an electromagnetic valve to a vacuum wire and connected by a flexible mechanical connection to the collector, a milk flow meter sensor with a vacuum switch, a milk pipeline, an electromagnetic pulsator connected to the milking control unit, a vacuum wire and a double vacuum hose in pairs to the milking cups. On each branch pipe of the variable vacuum distribution chamber in the milking cups there is a controlled valve mechanism consisting of an electromagnetic coil and a core in the form of a neodymium magnet with a cylindrical valve fixed at the lower end having a communication channel with atmospheric pressure and a groove on the side surface. In this case, the stroke of the core in the upper part of the valve mechanism is limited by a fixed stop made of ferromagnetic material with a hole.

EFFECT: reliability of operation and the quality of washing of the milking machine increases.
