FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to devices for automated control of milking process. Device comprises header (1) with inlet branch pipes (2) connected to teat cups (5). Air cylinder (6) is connected via electromagnetic valve (8) to vacuum line (9) and is connected by flexible link (7) with collector. Milk flow sensor (10) is equipped with vacuum switch (11) connected to solenoid valve and connected to milk line (12). Electromagnetic pulsator (13) is connected to milking control unit (14), vacuum line and pairwise double vacuum hose (4) - to teat cups. At each inlet manifold branch pipe there is a controlled valve mechanism (3) consisting of an electromagnetic coil and a core in the form of a magnet with a spherical valve fixed on the lower end. Core stroke in the upper part of the branch pipe is limited by the fixed stop from the magnetic material. Under each outlet hole in the collector in the chamber with the calibrated hole there installed are sensors of flow and electric conductivity of milk, which together with the electromagnetic coil through the electronic switch by cable (15) are connected to the control unit.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the machine milking process, higher reliability of the milking machine operation.
