FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for milking cows. Device for controlling the milking process by quarters of a cow's udder comprises a manifold with inlet nozzles connected to milking cups, pneumatic cylinder connected through an electromagnetic valve to a vacuum line and connected to a manifold by a flexible mechanical link, milk flow meter sensor, equipped with a vacuum switch connected to the electromagnetic valve, and connected to the milk line, electromagnetic pulsator connected to the milking control unit, a vacuum line and in pairs by a double vacuum hose to the milking cups, on each inlet nozzle of the manifold there is a controlled valve mechanism consisting of a nozzle with an outlet hole, which has an unclosed calibrated slot. Nozzle is made removable, connected to the manifold by means of a threaded connection and has a length equal to double the diameter of the inlet nozzle of the manifold, wherein on inner surface in middle and along perimeter of nozzle there is a groove, in which there is a gasket made from a flexible elastic material, made in the form of a rim with eight petals attached to it, converging in the centre of symmetry, formed in one circle, with located through 45° four diametrical slots in it, the length of each of which is greater than the length of the diameter of the outlet opening of the nozzle, wherein the petals in the vertical cross-section have a variable thickness, which decreases towards the centre of the milk channel, with formation of cone-shaped recess with top directed to manifold.

EFFECT: simplifies the design and increases the reliability of the device.
