SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely ophthalmology. For the treatment of bilateral edema of the optic nerve after COVID-19, once a day, for 10 days, Pyracetam 5.0 ml, intramuscularly Cerebrolysin 2.0 ml and Halidor 2.0 ml, parabulbar Dexamethasone 0.5 ml are administered intravenously. From the first day of treatment, 10 sessions of magnetotherapy are performed once a day on closed eyelids, with continuous exposure mode, with an induction of 6 MT, a frequency of 100 Hz for 20 minutes and 10 sessions of endonasal electrophoresis with a Semax 0.1% from the positive pole for 10 minutes.
EFFECT: method improves visual functions in patients after COVID-19 due to complex therapy, restoration of optic nerve conduction, and also ensures the absence of complications from the central nervous system in this contingent of patients.
