FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and physiotherapy, and can be used in order to treat neuroretinopathy caused by severe preeclampsia. For this purpose, parabulbar injections of Dexamethasone 0.5 ml and Retinalamine 0.5 ml dissolved in 1 ml of water for injection are administered once a day for 10 days. Also the intramuscular injections of Cortexin 10 mg that is dissolved in 1 ml of water for injection, and intramuscular injections of Actovegin 2.0 ml are performed. From the first day of treatment, 10 sessions of endonasal electrophoresis with Emoxipin from the negative pole for 5 minutes and 10 sessions of magnetotherapy on the projection of eyeballs for 5 minutes are performed.
EFFECT: method ensures the restoration of visual functions of the puerperas, whose eyesight has deteriorated because of preeclampsia.
