FIELD: recycling.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of recycling of organic raw materials, for example wood, peat, shale, coal, industrial and household waste containing organic components, waste of crop production, animal husbandry, etc. by hydrothermal carbonization; it can be used in chemical, woodworking, oil industries, utility sector, agriculture and other industries. A method for hydrothermal carbonization of renewable raw materials and organic waste is proposed, providing grinding and moistening of initial raw materials at a water concentration in the formed mixture of up to 30-99%, subsequent supply of the formed mixture, using a pump, to a reactor for processing at a temperature of 200°C and pressure of 20 bar in the absence of air and with the addition of a catalyst before the carbonization stage to form carbonizate, which is dehydrated and briquetted. In this case, gas and liquid suspension, after the hydrothermal carbonization process, a subjected to a photocatalytic oxidation process, while gas obtained during photocatalytic oxidation comes back to the hydrothermal carbonization stage, and the liquid fraction obtained during photocatalytic oxidation gives heat to newly incoming biomass.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of methods and technical means of hydrothermal carbonization of renewable raw materials and organic waste.
