FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing copper-nickel-oxide-carbon composite materials suitable as catalysts in organic synthesis reactions. In the method for producing copper-nickel-oxide-carbon composite material, carbonization of wood waste from logging enterprises with a size of 1-20 mm is carried out by heating wood waste to a temperature of 700 to 800°C in an inert gas atmosphere, holding at the final heating temperature for 10-120 minutes, cooling the resulting carbonizate to 500°C in an inert gas atmosphere, the subsequent cooling of the carbonizate to room temperature in the air atmosphere. The carbonizate is impregnated with a solution of copper (2) nitrate and/or nickel (2) in nitric acid to obtain a suspension. Next, the specified suspension is activated by heating in the reactor to a temperature of 500-550°C and kept at this temperature. The resulting material is washed with water to a neutral medium and the composite material is dried.
EFFECT: production of a highly efficient copper-nickel-oxide-carbon composite material based on wood waste, suitable for catalysis of organic synthesis reactions.
