FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for producing biofilm, which is resistant to pH in the range from 2 to 8, which contains a population of at least one bacterial strain, attached to particles. The proposed method includes: (a) provision of a population containing at least one bacterial strain; (b) inoculation of a growth medium, which contains particles, with the specified population containing at least one bacterial strain, wherein the specified particles are selected from a group consisting of seeds, dicalcium phosphate, cellulose and any combination thereof; (c) incubation of the specified particles with the specified population containing at least one bacterial strain for a time sufficient for the specified population of at least one bacterial strain to attach to the specified particles; and (d) cultivation of the specified population containing at least one bacterial strain, attached to the specified particles, in the growth medium for a time sufficient for the formation of biofilm. In this case, the specified cultivation includes cultivation under anaerobic conditions. The specified biofilm is made with the possibility of colonization of the gastrointestinal tract of a subject who needs it during at least five days when taken inside by the specified subject.

EFFECT: invention provides for obtaining bacterial biofilm, bacteria in which are resistant to pH in the range from 2 to 8.
