FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. A method for producing biofilm-like aggregates of microorganisms unrelated to the substrate and a biofilm-like aggregate of microorganisms unrelated to the substrate obtained by this method are proposed. The method involves the cultivation of these microorganisms placed in a paramagnetic medium for the cultivation of the corresponding microorganisms containing a paramagnetic in an amount sufficient to ensure the levitation of microorganisms in an inhomogeneous magnetic field, under magnetic levitation conditions in the central region of the inhomogeneous magnetic field with the lowest field strength parameters.
EFFECT: inventions provide for the production of model biofilm-like aggregates of microorganisms that are not associated with any surfaces or other substrates and have a three-dimensional structure for use in the development of medicines, aseptic agents.
