FIELD: specialized boring machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized boring machines and can be used to restore or repair products by surfacing metal on the inner surface of their holes with further boring. The complex consists of a collet front traverse with clamping screws and a rear traverse connected by left and right cylindrical guides, between which a detachable collet carriage with clamping screws is installed on the lead screw, in which the axial rotation drive is fixed. The lead screw is equipped with a flywheel for manual carriage movement and is connected by a gear-belt transmission to the shaft of the longitudinal feed drive motor mounted on the lower end of the rear traverse. The power outputs of the control unit based on a microcontroller are connected to the axial rotation drive and the longitudinal feed drive motor. End sensors are fixed on the front and rear traverses, the outputs of which are connected to the measuring inputs of the control unit.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of hole processing.
