FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to obstetrics, and is intended for treating gestoses of the first trimester of pregnancy. Proposed for treating gestoses of the first trimester of pregnancy is an application of a phospholipid emulsion containing, per 100 ml solution: glycine 3.5±0.5 g, egg lecithin 1±0.2 g, dihydroquercetin 0.12±0.02 g, water the rest. Patients with gestoses may therein have concomitant cardiovascular, endocrine, and gastrointestinal diseases. The phospholipid emulsion is administered orally 3 to 4 times a day in an amount of 15 to 30 ml 15 to 30 minutes before meals for 3 to 14 days.
EFFECT: application of the phospholipid emulsion provides a possibility of effectively relieving the symptoms of gestosis of the first trimester of pregnancy, normalising the condition of the patient, reducing the risks of complications and deterioration of health in this pathology.
